Exchange Policy
We have a 7-day exchange policy after receiving your items.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start an exchange, you can contact us at 78 845 442 . If your exchange is accepted, we will arrange with our delivery partner a pick-up. The customer will be charged again for the delivery fee.
International exchange
At present, we are cant exchange with our International Customers.
Please note that exchanges are not free, so you will be responsible for the postal fee. We will not be held liable for the loss of any exchanged item(s) during the transit back to us so we advise sending your goods back via a tracked service and retaining proof of postage until you receive your refund notification.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchange
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the item is in good condition, then we can exchange the item with another item from the store with the same value.
